New Class - YogaHop Pump! Mon/Wed/Sat

Join Matthew Monday, August 24th at 10:30 for YogaHop's newest class, YogaHop Pump.

This class will be held Mondays with Matthew 9:30-10:15 AM, Wednesdays with Sara at 9:30-10:15 AM with Sara and with Matthew 5:30 PM-6:15 PM and Saturdays with Jonathan 7:15-8:00AM and 10:45-11:30 AM in the West Side Room.

Reservations Required.

YogaHop Pump

Pump up the intensity of your calorie burn, ignite your metabolism and sculpt your body as you incorporate weights and High Intesity Interval Training (HIIT) into your already electric YogaHop class. YogaHop’s signature playlists drive this pulse-pounding 45 minute, full body YogaHop Pump workout.

Through your YogaHop Pump workout, you will quickly notice the difference in the mirror, your clothes and your life. Burn unwanted fat, strengthen your yoga practice, challenge your core and dynamically sculpt every muscle group as you take your fitness to new heights.

Prerequisite: A knowledge of basic yoga poses is required before taking a YogaHop Pump class. If you have never taken yoga, it is recommended that you take a few YogaHop classes prior to taking a YogaHop Pump class. Proper form required for safety.
